The Science Club (boys’ section) observed the “Bones and Joints Week” on 04th August 2022. On the eve of this special celebration, Dr.K.Paari Thooran, M.S (Ortho), Rex Hospital, Coimbatore, gave an awareness programme on “Health and Hygiene” to the higher secondary Science group First Year students. The doctor explained the precautionary steps to be taken to a Cardiac Arrest patient and the basic First Aid activities.
The Heritage Club (Boys Section) conducted a Quiz Competition in Social Science to the IX and X Students on 22nd September 2022.
The Coimbatore City Police had launched an awareness programme named “Project Pallikoodam” to the school girls in the district. A woman police guard from Perianaickenpalayam police station conducted an awareness session to the girls between classes VI and XII on 14th Oct 2022.
The faculty members from Commerce Department of College of Arts and Science had conducted a guest lecture session to the XII standard Commerce group girls on 17th Oct 2022. The topic was “Stock Exchange and GST”.
The students of VIII, XI and XII had organized an exhibition on the title “TECHNOFRENZY” on 05th August 2022. The Scientific working models related to sensors were displayed. Swami Nirmaleshananda, Secretary, College of Arts and Science, presided over the exhibition. Swami Dhinathananda, Secretary, Swami Shivananda HSS and the headmaster were also present on the occasion.
